The Nominations Committee will set forth a slate of nine board positions to be elected by a mail
ballot of the membership of the Finish Line Club in January 2008.  If you would like to be considered
for a Board Position, contact the FLC.

The Nominations Committee Members are:

The Membership Committee shall consist of five members, a maximum of three of which may be
current Board members; the remainder shall be appointed from among the Club membership.  The
chairperson shall be the Vice President, and one member shall be the Treasurer; the remaining
members shall be appointed by the chairperson, with the approval of the Board.  The Membership
Committee shall:

  1. Maintain an accurate listing of names and contact information of all Club members and of all
    MSU Track and Cross Country Alumni members.
  2. Develop and implement activities designed to promote and increase membership in the Club
    and in the Alumni organization.
